Excellent hotel with free wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with some technical issues during my first stay, which I appreciated. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing experience.

Not much! No area for storing toiletries in Bath area. Poor shower head. Marginal at best. Lousy area of Latrop.

The stay was pleasant. Hotel was nice and incredibly friendly and I enjoyed the food there, it was good. Generally the service was excellent, the room was a nice size with the refrigerator and ready housekeeping, for instance. The location close to freeway was convenient. You can find China Wok Express close to the property to a have lunch.

The room was clean, the breakfast had nice presentation, and the staff were super friendly, especially Rachel, who helped my dog during a stressful moment. Truly wonderful service!

It was a quiet place. Satisfied with comfort and location.

Just a little concern about cleaning in the bathroom like strands of hair was still there after cleaning.

The registry staff was nice.

I could not stand the smell of marijuana smell in the hallway our room was located. I was also tired of hearing the exit door slam going out the hall. I didn't like the scratches and burn marks in the sink.

We loved the clean room and how nice the breakfast was! The friendly staff made checking in easy, always a plus when traveling with four kids. And a comfy mattress made it easier to rest after long days.

In my children's opinion, it would be great to have more activities available for families (games, maybe?) to keep them entertained .

It location was close to the hwy.

The bed frame was constructed using two twin frame and the orange juices tasted as if its was overdue and the room had some kind of stench.

Tried out Cafe Platano and wow, they nailed the breakfast! Then we hit up Mikasa Japanese Bistro for some bomb sushi. As for the hotel, the King Suite was spacious, awesome for our family.

The heater was more of a noisy monster than a comfort, and the bed had these creaky metal parts that ruined the vibe at bedtime. Just needed some TLC on maintenance.
